All transactions are handled by Internet Billing Company (Ibill). Membership fees may be paid by Credit Card, Online Check or Web900.
If you have questions regarding the status of a particular transaction, please use Ibill's online search utility at www.ibillcs.com www.ibillcs.com
When a customer requests a refund, or refuses payment through his bank after a transaction has been approved, he will automatically be placed on Ibill's negative database. This prevents him from future use of ALL Ibill services, affecting over 50,000 sites served by Ibill. In most cases, this is the reason for a credit card or transaction being declined. If you are unsure why you have been declined, please contact Ibill's Customer Service (see above).
After you have paid the membership fee, you will receive a Transaction Number from Ibill (for credit cards and online checks). If you paid by Web900, you will receive a PIN code. Please write this number down and store in a safe place! You will then be directed to a registration page to create an account on our server.
Whenever you want to access the Members' Area, you will need to enter the Username and Password you have chosen during registration. Always access the Members' Area from our Home Page. From there, click on Members and you will be prompted for your Username and Password.
When accessing our Members' Area, you must type in your Username and Password EXACTLY as you have entered them during registration. Both fields are CASE SENSITIVE. This means if you registered the username Mike, you must type in Mike (and not mike or MIKE).
